Action in the district court for Washington county by the special administratrix of the estate of Mildred Medved to recover for her wrongful death arising out of a collision between the car in which she was riding and a truck parked on the highway by the defendant Claude E. Doolittle, upon which the defendant C. M. Hallberg was called to make repairs. The case was tried before Alfred P. Stolberg, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict of $2,500 returned for plaintiff against both defendants. From the judgment entered, defendants appealed.
